I got a call but nobody spoke when I picked up.

Got a call that dropped straight to voicemail, where some woman with an English accent said my debit card was blocked and I needed to call back to sort it out. She never mentioned her name or which bank she was from. Pretty suspicious if you ask me.

It was a scam, they claimed to be from Perfect Benefits when they rang me.

So, this morning my missus got a call from a bloke claiming he was ringing from BT. Apparently, there was some problem with our service and if we didn’t sort it out by pressing 1, we’d get cut off. Luckily, my wife just ended the call straight away, no messing about.
