So, I got a call from someone called Holly at Eco today. I was a bit stuffed up with a cold, so I struggled to catch what she was saying. She mentioned something about a certificate being in my loft, and I told her I honestly have no idea since I never go up there. Then, out of nowhere, she just ended the call! Proper cheeky, I thought. Can’t even pretend to be interested to fool a scammer! 😕
