I received a call from O2, claiming they were offering me a discount on my contract. However, they insisted I provide a code they were supposed to send me via text before giving any details. I simply asked for the representative's name but was met with resistance. It felt quite off, almost as if I was caught in a loop-definitely smacks of a scam!
