Nationwide got in touch with me about a suspicious £85 charge they tried to take from my account - thankfully they stopped it in time, good on them! I also fell for that free trial CBD oil thing, ended up paying just for the postage. Honestly, these people are nothing but scammers!

My bank, Lloyds, alerted me about a suspicious charge of £85 that I hadn’t allowed. I replied saying I didn’t authorise it, and they quickly cancelled the payment. Gotta say, Lloyds really came through this time. Cheers Lloyds, I appreciate it! 😊😊

I never got a call or anything, just saw this advert on Facebook. So I ordered some CBD gummies the other day, that was on 24/10/20. Then I noticed my account had been charged £167. I rang Natwest straight away when I saw the payment hadn’t gone through yet, hoping they’d cancel it. But nope, they said they couldn’t stop the two payments and seemed to be letting it slide. Feels like they’re helping the scam along. I’m definitely planning to report this to the banking ombudsman.

Just checked my bank statement and noticed £85 was taken out by some company without my okay. I only paid £4.75 on 2nd October for a free sample of CBD oil, which did arrive. Then on 16th October, this big charge appeared. Tried sorting it with my bank, but they said I had to reach out to the company first, which wasn't possible. So, had to ring the bank again, and they’re now investigating and have blocked my card. Don't reckon I'll see that money again. Definitely a lesson to be more careful!

Went to the bank to stop any further payments but was told I couldn’t do it from there and needed to contact the company, which I was unable to reach. Ended up phoning the bank again, they’re dealing with it and have cancelled my card. Don’t think I’ll get my money back though. Definitely a hard lesson learnt!

I can't believe banks haven’t blocked the name FITNUTI on their security checks by now. I went through the exact same thing myself. I’ve put in a claim, but my bank - won’t say which - had no clue about it at all. I even told them to make sure it gets flagged so it doesn’t happen again!

Like most people, I asked for a free trial of cbd oil and gummy bears. They arrived okay, and I gave them a go but honestly, they didn’t help my arthritis at all. Figured I wouldn’t bother ordering again. Then I spotted a charge of £82 on my bank statement! Never again will I get a free sample from these lot. I spotted an advert for Mary Berdy’s CBD oil and decided to give it a go, paying £4.95 upfront. Then out of nowhere, today they’ve taken £89 from my bank without my permission, a total rip off from this dodgy company. I called my bank straight away to report it and now I’m just waiting on their investigation to find out if I can get my cash back. What a scam!

This firm seems like a total scam. They’ve gone into my bank account and withdrawn money three separate times without permission. I’ve put a stop on any more payments and asked them to return my cash. Fingers crossed I actually get it back. Just a heads up to everyone - don’t trust this lot and warn your mates and family to stay clear, especially if they’re thinking about getting any “free” stuff. They’re shady and you’re better off avoiding them.

So I did one of those health product surveys, they sent some free samples but asked me to pay for postage. Then out of nowhere, yesterday I spotted £89 gone from my debit card which I definitely didn’t agree to. I've told my bank straight away and got them to block anything else happening. Referring to one of the alerts above, I got tricked into ordering a free sample of CBD oil supposedly approved by Mary Berry through an ad on Facebook, paying with my debit card. Unfortunately, this turned out to be a scam as I’ve noticed four charges on my bank account. Two were listed as “nutri 03303801587” and the other two as “fitnuti 03303801388”. I’m currently sorting things out with my bank’s fraud team about these suspicious debits. Just thought it’s important to warn others using this service so they can watch out and avoid the same thing. Buyer beware!
