I got roped into this firm’s so-called free 14 day trial for their CBD cream and oil. Buried in all the complicated stuff, there’s a tiny bit that mentions you’ve got 14 days to opt out and not pay a penny. Trouble is, if you miss that window, you automatically get billed £134 for the products they sent without asking if you wanted to keep 'em. Proper sneaky move, feels like a scam to me.

Over the last few days, I’ve made several attempts to contact this number. On three different occasions, I managed to speak with someone at the office about a refund I’m owed. The last time I called was on 18 March, and I was assured that £134 would be credited to my account since I’d been waiting quite a while. But now, whenever I ring, I get told my position in a queue, then a recorded message says there’s a high volume of calls and that I’ll be connected shortly. After this, the call just cuts off. Feels a bit dodgy to me. The company’s name is MY KANNA LIFE or sometimes just KANNA 4 ME. Anyone else having similar issues? Angela Hancock
