However, amidst all their convoluted language, there's a sneaky little clause that states you must cancel within those 14 days to avoid being charged. If you miss that window, brace yourself for a bill of £134 for what was initially pitched as a freebie. I can't help but feel like I've fallen for a bit of a con here!

I've attempted to get in touch with this number multiple times over the last couple of days. I've had conversations with someone from their office on three separate occasions regarding a refund I’m expecting to be returned to my account. My most recent call was on the 18th of March, during which I was assured that the amount of £134 would be processed promptly, as I'd been waiting a considerable amount of time for it. However, each time I ring now, I’m greeted with a position in the queue, followed by a message stating they’re experiencing a high volume of calls and that someone will attend to me shortly. Yet, shortly after that, the line cuts off altogether. Is this just a bunch of scammers at work? The firm appears to be called MY KANNA LIFE or KANNA 4 ME. Best regards, Angela Hancock
