03303801382 Summary (Read all comments)

Phone number ☎️ 03303801382 👆 is reported as a persistent scam involving unsolicited competitions or free trial offers - commonly for CBD oil or mobile phones - originating from companies trading under various names such as 360Max, Core360, and Maxcor. Victims report being deceptively charged initial small amounts, followed by unauthorised larger direct debits without clear consent, often around £65-£90, which then recur monthly. Contact numbers are frequently unresponsive or lead nowhere, and refunds are rarely forthcoming despite complaints. Banks sometimes intervene by blocking payments or cancelling cards, but recovery of lost funds is inconsistent due to exploitative terms buried in fine print. The scam is widely promoted through social media adverts and is advised to be reported to banks and authorities like Action Fraud immediately. Users should avoid sharing bank details or engaging with suspicious offers online.

Max360pakek6[###] is a complete rip-off. They took £49.95 from my debit card without my permission.

Joined some sorta contest for a phone, told I'd only need to pay £1 now but then £49.95 was taken from my account, bank said they cant help. Really watch out for these!

I didn’t get a call or anything, it just popped up on my computer while I was browsing a different site. Being silly, I took part in the game to win a Samsung phone. I paid £1 from my debit card but a few days later noticed a charge of £49.99 from 360MAX PAYOX4[###], which turned out to be a scam. By the time I realised, the payment was already pending so I couldn’t cancel. Avoid this SCAM at all costs.

Around 40 quid has been taken from my bank account tonight. Gonna have to ring the bank first thing in the morning before any more money disappears.

They told me to pay for postage to get a mobile phone. I paid the £1 but never got the phone! Felt a bit daft but thought that was the last of it. Then today someone tried to take £49.95 from my bank account. Luckily my bank spotted it and checked with me, so they’ve now blocked that company. Also got hit with another dodgy subscription from whoopeewoop[###]. Watch out for these scams!

Watch out, it’s not only the phone numbers, there are ads too claiming you can get a phone for free just by paying £1 postage and packaging. I got caught out last Sunday, paid the £1, then checked my online banking and saw a pending charge of £49.95 from 360 max atmax[###]. I’ll have to ring the bank first thing in the morning.

This number rings me like 6 times every day and whenever I pick up, there’s nobody on the other end. Feels like a total scam to me.

There was a competition offering an iPhone if you got 3 questions right for £1. I never got the phone, they just took the £1 and then charged me £49.95 more. Also, a company named Mindlifts has taken £1, saying it’s for a 3-day trial membership I never agreed to. Both seem to be using these sneaky "bait and switch" tactics, which feels totally dodgy and unfair.

Total ripoff. I bought what was meant to be a trial pack of cbd oil and gummy bears but ended up getting charged £85 and £82 each month, twice, so lost £334 in total!! I rang 03303801569 and all they said was to check the fine print!

Stopping your debit card doesn’t seem to fix anything. I’ve had to cancel mine 4 times and they keep trying to take £82 and £89 from my account. My bank put a CPA on the company 360VIT, which blocks the payment from going through but doesn’t stop the scammers from trying over and over. The bank told me to reach out to Trading Standards. It looks like banks can’t do much because the fine print lets these con artists pull money via VISA, and then VISA tries to claim it from your bank.

This is an old trick. The 'grey' post below really should be flagged as 'red', but it’s still good to know. Classic tale - nothing comes for free. AND - never ever share your bank info with anyone. Legit companies ask for credit card details, not your bank account. Definitely worth reporting this to Action Fraud and the police.

Maxcor is actually linked to a Cyprus firm named Septarian Ltd. I emailed them at [email protected][###]. Tried to get a refund but no luck, they promised within 14 working days but still nothing. Complete scam in my opinion. They use the phone number 03303801571 and some others connected with Facebook too.

I came across an ad on Facebook offering a free sample of CBD Hemp Oil. I went ahead and ordered it, paying a tiny amount for postage and packaging. Today, a firm named 360Max tried to charge me £85 on my card. Luckily, my bank spotted it as a dodgy transaction and got in touch. I've blocked the company/payment now and, just to be careful, I've cancelled my card too. Watch out for this!

Me too, got £85 and £82 showing as pending and the bank has stopped the supplier so fingers crossed no more will go through. Need to ring the supplier on Monday to ask for a refund and get some confirmation before chasing the bank’s fraud department. Hoping I spotted it early but not too sure. The missus finally realises nothing’s actually “free”. Proper idiots.

03303801387 charged me £89 for what they said was a free 4.95 trial of CBD oil. Every time I ring up, they promise a 70% refund but I’ve not seen a penny back yet. When I call at weekends, they just give an email address to contact. I’ve just emailed them today, so not sure if they’ll even bother replying. I signed up for a free trial of cbd oil and was told I'd get an email confirming the dispatch, but I never got any email or parcel. I got a freebie from these people and now they’ve attempted to withdraw £65 from my bank today. Does anyone have any idea how I can prevent them from doing it again and what steps I should take?

Just realised last night that they’ve been withdrawing £69 monthly from my account. I’ve contacted the bank and reported it as fraudulent activity.

This company is a total rip-off and honestly, just plain dishonest. They took money from me for postage on an order I never got. Then they charged me the full £134 plus postage. Even after I contacted them to cancel, they refused to refund me and told me on the phone it’d take at least 4 weeks to get my money back. Now the 4 weeks are up and I still haven’t seen a single penny. It’s clear they’re running a scam and probably doing this to loads of others too. I’m definitely going to take this to the Ombudsman and look into legal action. This needs a proper police investigation!

Just a heads up to everyone about MaximumCore 360 and MaximumVita 360 - these guys are total con artists, seriously. Please, whatever you do, avoid any contact with them, they’re absolute crooks. The number 03303801383 is a scam, don’t fall for it.

Just a heads up to everyone about these MaximumCore 360 and MaximumVita 360 products - these people are total crooks, honestly the worst. Seriously, don’t get involved with them at all, I can’t stress that enough. They’re absolute nightmare scammers. Their number is 03303801383 and it’s a massive con. I’m a pensioner and they swindled money right out of me. Watch out!

03303801382 what a joke, these scammers have taken my money. I bought 2 things for just about £12 and now they’ve charged me £150. DO NOT GET TRICKED BY THESE FRAUDS!

On 14/04, there was a post explaining more about this scam, including what steps to take and how exactly to handle it. Make sure to warn people here about it, but really, unless the police or Action Fraud get involved, not much will change. Everyone needs to take responsibility and report these scams whenever they come across them!!!

Can somebody explain how these people got permission to take £69 out of my bank? I don’t do nonsense like that and I’m really not happy about my cash being nicked. I’m reporting this as fraud to my bank. I want my money back right now.

I somehow ended up signing up for a subscription that charged me £134. Tried to sort a refund but no luck. Asked my bank for assistance but since I never received any email confirmation, they couldn’t do anything. The company’s rubbish, just ignoring my refund requests completely.

I noticed two charges on my account before I twigged that something wasn’t right. When I rang up, I got told I was put on hold, but then the line just cut off. It feels like theyre just nicking our cash. There should be a way to put a halt to this, but dunno how.

I've just noticed CORE360 have withdrawn money from my account four times - twice for £69 and twice for £65. I'm planning to contact my bank's fraud department and might even report it to the police.

Today I noticed £69 had been taken from my bank, so I rang them up. The bank said it’s not considered fraud since I supposedly agreed to a subscription. Pretty frustrating situation!

This morning I got a message from my bank about a £69 payment they said was requested. I called the bank’s Fraud team straight away to check if I could halt it. They were really good, managed to cancel the transaction and also blocked that company from charging me again. Felt pretty lucky they sorted it so quick.

I had something similar happen, they charged me £4.95 first, then another charge of £2.95 appeared. Now my bank says there was an attempt to take £69 from my account! Can someone tell me who I should contact to make a complaint about this?

Just like others here, I noticed little sums disappearing from my bank then suddenly bigger amounts, all showing up under names like vit360plus or vitalmuscle. Anyone got any idea who these lot are?!

No calls came through to me but I just checked my bank statement this morning and spotted two withdrawals, one for £65 and another for £69, both on the same day. I've never seen any ads or anything related to these charges before.

If your bank won’t block the payments, honestly, just switch banks! But be careful when you do, make sure you don’t move over any active standing orders by accident. It’s a bit tricky with all the lockdown rules still in place. These pricey "health" supplements you can get way cheaper from places like your nearby supermarket or Holland & Barrett. This is a classic scam that still sweeps people up. And don’t forget to report it to Action Fraud and the police.

This scam has been running for ages, just with various names and contact info. Anyone caught out by this should definitely report it to the police via Action Fraud. Just search 'Action Fraud' on Google and pick the site ending in 'police.uk'. There's a section for reporting incidents. You don't need to create an account if you're just flagging a phishing try, but if you've actually lost cash, you need to make a full report because it’s a crime, plain and simple. The main takeaway? Never sign up to anything, even if it’s a 'free' deal, without doing a proper check first.

I got ripped off too, they took £2.95 and £4.95 from my account on the same day, then later £69 and £65. I reached out to my bank but they said there’s nothing they can do and told me to call the company myself and then submit a dispute. Anyone know how I can actually get my cash back?

In both March and April, I noticed some strange amounts - £2.95, £4.95, £69, and £65 - were withdrawn from my bank without my okay.

Beware if you get a call or a popup from 03303801382! I suggest you reply with your nearest TAXIDERMY place’s number 😂👍. Today this dodgy number tried pulling £69 from my bank, so I’m about to ring my bank’s fraud dept right after sending this warning. Stay sharp!

I got ripped off for £69 and £65 on the 2nd of April, after they already took £4.95 and £2.95 from me on the 20th of March. My bank said there's nothing they can do because of the terms and conditions. I'm in the States, so I can't even reach out to anyone about it. Proper annoying.

They already took £4.95 and £2.95 from me, then they tried to grab £69 and £65 afterwards. This lot are total scammers, they should be closed down for tricking folks like this.

On the 16th of March, I got charged £2.95 and £4.95, but I didn’t really realise it at first. Then just this morning, I looked again and saw that on 30th March, they’d taken £65 and £69 from my account!

This lot are a right danger, the police really need to get on their case. They've taken money out of my bank twice without my say-so and I haven’t bought anything from them. On the 3rd of March, 2020, they withdrew £65 and £69. I hope karma catches up with them soon for doing stuff like this.

This morning, my bank account was debited twice, £65 and £69. I've already contacted my bank, and they advised me to call them back, but I'm stuck in the same loop - nobody picks up and I’m just being passed around. I’m desperate to get my money back and stop any more charges from happening 😩

I reckon I’m caught up in this as well. Been stuck on the phone with my bank for ages, like over an hour, trying to explain that I’ve tried reaching them with no luck at all. Honestly, not shocked since the sums taken are just like what others have shared here. Once I manage to speak to someone proper at the bank, I’ll let everyone know what’s going on. After this mess, I’m definitely steering clear of anything outside the UK.

If you can’t reach the company for those ongoing card charges, try contacting your bank. The FCA has info on this stuff, and sometimes you have to nudge your bank a bit about their duty to sort out refunds.

I was supposed to get a free trial, just covering the postage, but somehow they ended up charging me twice! They've taken a total of £134 from my bank! I thought it was meant to be free apart from the shipping cost. Very annoyed with these lot.

They’ve gone ahead and taken £65 and £69 from my account without permission. I’m living on benefits, so this has really hit me hard. Does anyone know how I can get this stopped? It’s some kind of scam linked to core360vita, I think.

A few weeks back I spotted a £4.95 charge with ref: core360vita0330380 on my bank statement, and now there's this huge £69.00 debit listed as core360vit that I never okayed. Been trying to get through to my bank to sort it out but the coronavirus seems to have everything backed up, the waiting time on the phone is ridiculous!

These lot have tried to withdraw £69 from my bank twice now. I've had my account blocked but they keep attempting to take the money over and over. The bank told me to contact them and cancel the subscription, which I had no clue about. Problem is, I don’t have their email or any contact info. Can someone help with that? Meanwhile, I can’t use my card because the bank’s put a hold on it. Proper nightmare!

Core 360 Now is a total scam. First they charged me £2.95 for postage, then charged me again £4.95 on the same day. After a couple of weeks, they withdrew £65 and £69 from my account. Fingers crossed my bank has frozen any further payments. I’m planning to follow up and try to get my money back. Apparently their office is shut because of the coronavirus. Avoid these con artists at all costs!
