Regarding vita360fit: This morning, I noticed £82 and £85 had been deducted from my account. I’ve never enrolled in any service with them. Their site claims they’re a physiotherapy service operating from India, but I can only conclude it’s a SCAM or FRAUD.

I noticed today that my bank was showing pending transactions of £79.00 and £76.00. I acted swiftly and got in touch with my bank, who promptly cancelled the charges. I was under the impression my trial was complimentary, so this is a bit concerning. Just a heads up to others!

I've just noticed a whopping £134 has vanished from my account! I’m completely skint now! I rang them up, and they mentioned that, as a nice gesture, they would return the money in a fortnight. But after seeing everyone’s feedback here, I’m feeling rather anxious about it all. 😟 - caller: Vita360vit

This morning, I fell victim to a scam that set me back £79.00. Thankfully, Barclays have intervened and halted any additional withdrawals, but it seems I’ll have to kiss that £79 goodbye, which is quite a chunk of change for me. On the flip side, since I haven’t actually received any “products” for my hard-earned cash, there's a glimmer of hope for a claim regarding non-receipt, which could mean the bank might come to my aid... Honestly, it’s utterly disgraceful that such things can occur.

I had quite the experience with a complimentary trial offer from Instagram.

I’ve fallen victim to a scam that has taken £89 from my account. I’m completely in the dark about who these people are, though there’s a name attached - just be cautious, folks. Seems to go by FIT360FIT.

I find myself in the same predicament! After I had to cancel my card, these crooks somehow got hold of my new card details. Santander explained that they had the cheek to claim I had enrolled in a subscription (which is utterly untrue!). They said these fraudsters were able to snatch my fresh card info through Visa/Debit, passing themselves off as legitimate. I was advised to ring them up and terminate the supposed subscription. But how on earth does one cancel something they never actually signed up for? Plus, trying to call the number is a complete waste of time as nobody picks up! In the end, it seems the only recourse is to instruct my bank to block any transactions linked to that merchant. I also urge you to dig up information on the secondary number they’re using, 03303800714, as it reveals a lot about their shady dealings!

I've experienced a similar situation myself; £85 and £89 vanished from my account a fortnight ago. Initially, they assured me it would take a fortnight to get my money back, but now they've mentioned some sort of system glitch and pushed the refund timeline back to another week. On top of that, I never even got the promised free trial. Today, they claimed they'd reimburse me for the postage of the non-existent trial, yet promptly changed their tune, accusing me of being impolite! I've now escalated the matter to my bank. It’s likely to take around six weeks, but at least they’ll conduct a thorough investigation into this. Do yourself a favour and steer clear of this dodgy website; as I pointed out to the woman on the line, it’s essentially theft if no services or products were delivered. - caller: 0330 3800723

I've experienced a similar issue with money disappearing from my account. I've made several attempts to contact them by phone, but they don’t seem to answer. If anyone has any insights or details, please share them here. It would be great if we could collaborate and put a stop to this nonsense. It's essential to inform your bank to halt any more transactions. - Caller: Unknown

I noticed a withdrawal of £89 from my account, and to my dismay, it appears to be from a trial offer for fitness tablets I stumbled upon on Snapchat. I had no clue I'd signed up for a subscription when I accepted the sample. I reached out to them four weeks back to cancel the subscription and sought a refund. Initially, I was informed it would take two weeks to process, but then it turned into another five days, followed by an additional 48 hours, and now they've mentioned yet another five-day wait. This seems to me like a dubious outfit that ought to be put out of business. You can check out their site here: https://www.fit360fit.com/shop - caller: SCAM ALERT

I noticed some peculiar charges on my account lately - they managed to whisk away £85 and then £89 in a single day! My bank is currently looking into it, but they're unable to trace where these payments are coming from. It all seems a bit dodgy to me - definitely giving off scam vibes!

I’ve noticed a charge of £92 from this number on my bank statement. It’s quite concerning, so I've already reported it to the authorities.
