I got a text saying it was from Barclays about some suspicious activity on my debit card and that I needed to ring the fraud prevention number they gave straight away. They asked me to log into telephone banking, but when they wanted my passcode I got a bit wary and didn’t say anything. Then the call ended suddenly. After waiting a bit, I called Barclays myself and they told me the text was a fake and definitely a scam.
