I keep receiving calls inquiring about taxi fares for vehicles that simply can’t accommodate the number of people! It's rather perplexing, to say the least.

I got a call from someone claiming to be a cab service wanting to arrange a long trip for me. When I brought up the idea of paying upfront, suddenly they flipped it and said I owed them money! They spoke with a thick accent that was really hard to understand, which made me suspicious. It kinda felt like some kind of fraud, but honestly I can't figure out what they’d even get out of faking bookings like this...

I own a cab firm and got a call from some lot who seemed like they were trying to rope me into some dodgy job offer. The bloke on the phone had a really thick accent, so I couldn’t make out what he was on about. In the end, I just cut the call and gave up.

BEWARE OF SCAM! These guys from India have created a website called MYTAXE[###] that shows fake search findings. They trick you into paying a deposit, but then no vehicle ever appears. Total rip-off, so don’t get caught out!

I got a call from someone saying they were a taxi booking company offering a ride from Montrose down to Birmingham. When I told them my price and that I only take cash, they just ended the call. Watch out for this one, folks.
