I told him I bought it in April, but he insisted it was February - seemed off to me. Then I questioned why my 12 month warranty would be ending in December if it was only February next year. He got really nasty over the phone. Funny enough, my washer is actually broke right now and I’m waiting for a repair bloke, so I nearly fell for the whole scam when he asked if I wanted to pay for a new warranty straight away.
