I got a call from someone who said his name was Max and that he was from ACI. He told me I was connected to Scottish Power and had some letters from them. I told him I’m not with Scottish Power so I wouldn’t be expecting anything. Then he just said “Oh” and ended the call!

I found the push to register and provide my banking information quite overwhelming. There's no chance to ponder over it beforehand. Just a word of caution to others!

He called asking if I had a will. I told him it was none of his business and just ended the call.

They said it was a free will writing service but started asking for my bank card info, something about probate and power of attorney. I wasn’t having any of it and just hung up on them.
