Got a call from Inspire card payments, they started asking loads of specifics about my card payment provider and my turnover. When I said I wasn’t gonna give out that info and asked her not to ring back, she got really annoyed.

Got a call from 03303411216, an automated voice saying it was from 'Inspire Payments'. They had an automated system where you could opt out of future calls. I went through the process, but you need to wait until the call finishes for them to say they’ve updated their records. They also double check your number a couple of times before removing it. Fingers crossed this stops any more calls from them \o/

That muppet below has probably fallen foul of a wangiri type scam. Have a look at your phone bill! Ringing back numbers you don’t recognise is just daft. Make sure to report any dodgy calls to the police and let them sort it out. There’s a system already set up for this on the UK police website. Just search ‘action fraud’ and head to the phishing report section. At the bottom, you can fill out a quick form with no need to sign up. Use the free text box to give details about threats or foul language. Reporting these scams is the best way to help stop them!
