What a load of rubbish! They called saying my sky broadband deal was ending soon and wanted to give me some amazing offer to renew it. Problem is, I’ve never had sky broadband or anything from them at all. Total scam if you ask me.

Just got a call from a bloke named Matthew, sounded Indian, saying he was from Compare My Policy. I didn’t hang about, just put the phone down straight away.

Got a call from someone named Edward claiming to be with Fibrus Broadband. He said he was checking in about an email they supposedly sent me about this Gigabit Broadband Voucher Scheme from DCMS. Thing is, he spelled my name wrong, which made me think it's probably a scam. I told him I wasn't interested and wouldn't be replying. Then he just ended the call. Strange!

I got a call from 03303410794, and the guy said his name was Stephen Rafferty from Fibrus. But as soon as he hung up, my phone showed a scam warning. Has anyone else had contact with this number?

Got a call claiming to be from Fibrus broadband. They asked for my sort code and account number, saying it was for a soft credit check. I declined nicely, and the bloke just cut me off straight away. Sounds a bit dodgy to me!

I reckon this number might be linked to a company, but I couldn’t find any details online anywhere. Has anyone else come across it before? Just a heads up, if this calls you, it’s probably a shared cost line, so I’d avoid returning the call to keep your bill down.
