I have to admit, I've never come across this firm before. They seem to be peddling life insurance and even prepaid funeral packages. It's raising a few eyebrows over here, and I'm beginning to think they might not be on the up and up-perhaps they’re just some con artists masquerading as this company.

I saw a post dated 28/02 asking how to handle these annoying calls. Honestly, just complaining about them doesn’t help at all. We need to take action. There’s tech out there that can stop fake and spoofed UK landline numbers, so only real calls come through. Why aren’t people using it?

Honestly, it's simple. If you don't recognise the number, just don't pick up. If they leave a message, then you can decide what to do. But if there's no message? No point in calling back. It's really not rocket science!

I got a call from someone claiming to be from Taylor Sterling Legal, asking if I had a Will and if my funeral arrangements were done. Considering I’ve just lost my mum to cancer, this was honestly the last thing I needed right now! How come these calls still keep happening? Taylor Sterling Legal was dissolved years ago, so these scammers must be using that to trick people. You’d think there’d be some sort of system nowadays to block this kind of persistent harassment. It’s nothing but a SCAM!

I got a call from this number earlier today. When I answered, it was some call centre claiming to be from Sterling Services Legal, trying to pitch life insurance. I said I was happy with my current provider and didn’t want a quote. They kept pushing, saying it was just a quote, but I told them I wasn’t handing over any personal info and that I’ve never even heard of their firm. Then the caller began raising their voice, so I just hung up and blocked the number. Honestly, felt like harassment!
