Like a few others have said, this bloke asked for me by my first name. He said he was from some firm I didn't quite get. Told me they were working with local councils to check if I qualified for a government grant for insulating my house. When he wanted me to confirm my postcode, I said, "Aren't you the one ringing? Shouldn’t you know that already?" I kept him going just a bit longer before he suddenly cut off. Seems pretty suspicious to me.
