I received a call from someone claiming to be Coinbase, giving me a withdrawal confirmation code and telling me to press 1 if I didn’t make the request. When I pressed 1, they started saying my account was accessed from an iPhone 12 in Singapore. I quickly checked both my Coinbase account and emails, and nothing suspicious showed up - I'm pretty sure I'd have got an email alert by now as even small changes trigger notifications. When I jokingly asked if maybe they were scams since I hadn’t got any emails, the caller seemed annoyed and just ended the call straight away.

They said they were from Coinbase, but it’s definitely a scam. Best to avoid it altogether.
