I've had this number call me several times now, and every time I pick up, the person on the line just goes silent and then ends the call. It's pretty annoying.

This caller said they were from a solicitor's office, offering help to recover cash from expensive loans. They only used my first name and sounded like they were working out of some call centre. Didn’t have a clue about any other info. Definitely felt like a scam to me.
