Typical scam call! A woman with a strong Indian accent rang me, pretending to be from some housing repairs service asking about issues I supposedly had with my home. I played along for a bit. She then put me through to her “manager” called Harry. Same rubbish story from him, but then he asked for money upfront to sort out the problem... Honestly, I reckon these scammers operate from the UK because their English is way better than the usual lot who call from that dodgy place.

Got a call from some dodgy company about a housing issue that isn’t even real. This woman with an Indian accent kept going on with nonsense and tried to get me to pay for help with a problem I definitely don’t have. I just had a bit of fun messing with them, but yeah, total scam alert.

Got a call supposedly from some housing organisation about a repair. I’ve no clue what they were on about or why they’re calling me. I’m part of an association but we’ve got no repairs at all. Also, every agent we've ever dealt with is from Newcastle, but this caller definitely wasn’t. Seems dodgy to me, so I just blocked the number.

Got a call from someone claiming to be from housing services, asking if I'd been having problems with my home. They had a really strong accent and sounded like they were calling from some kind of call centre. The English was quite bad too, so I wasn't sure it was legit.
