I fell for these scammers who claimed to provide loans and ended up losing £422.00 - feeling pretty daft about it now. *** STAY CLEAR *** They called me from these numbers: 0300 123 2040, 0330 223 4254, 0330 223 4251, and 0202 548 6548. I've reported everything to the Police, Action Fraud, and the National Fraud Intelligence Bureau. My bank had to cancel my card and warned me to monitor my direct debits closely. I’m also planning to run a credit check through services like Experian, Noddle or Credit Karma, just in case they try to rack up debt in my name, which could damage my credit score down the line. Honestly, these scammers are absolute bottom feeders - real total scoundrels.

They said they were from some loan place and asked for a month’s payment upfront. I gave them the money, but then they came back asking for another 450 before they’d send the cash. Felt like a total scam.

I got a call from this number offering me a loan but they asked for £350 upfront as some sort of ppi fee before I could get it. I told them no way and ended the call. Definitely a scam, watch out for any loans that ask for payment before giving you money!

Watch out for any loan firms asking you to pay before they give you money - they’re usually dodgy. A while back I fell for one of those scams; they took all my money but never gave me a single penny in return. Definitely won’t make that mistake again.

I received a call today from this number claiming to offer an unsecured loan, but they asked me to pay £186 upfront. Can anyone tell me if this is a legit loan company? Any info would be really helpful.
