I was informed that I had apparently subscribed to their service (which we did a couple of years back), and they acknowledged I was still receiving unwanted calls. However, they failed to elucidate why I hadn’t received any formal documentation regarding the subscription so I could potentially terminate it. They mentioned something about an ongoing subscription but were utterly clueless when I asked which company it was with. In the end, I decided to end the call.
