So, they claimed I’d registered for something ages back, which we actually did, but said they knew I was still getting unwanted calls. When I asked why I hadn’t received any paperwork about what exactly we signed up for or how to cancel, they just wouldn’t explain. They insisted there was a subscription in place but couldn’t even tell me which company was behind it. I ended the call right there.
