I've been getting constant calls from this number, and I reckon it's some kind of scam. Just now, they rang me from a very similar number, only the last digit swapped from a 9 to an 8. Feels really dodgy. Stay clear of it!

I have a strong suspicion that this is some sort of con. When I returned their call, they mentioned my name before abruptly disconnecting. I tried again, only to be met with silence and a background tune. I decided to cut the call and ended up blocking the number.
