To make matters worse, they've been siphoning off money from my account weekly without my consent! I've reached out through the email they provided, but alas, I've yet to hear back from them. It's quite concerning how they've managed to obtain my banking details in the first place. In any case, I've gone ahead and cancelled the direct debit on my account. What a hassle!
