I got a call from someone pretending to be from my bank, claiming my card had been used and asking me to confirm my details. They said they’d send me a code. I told them I wasn’t falling for it, said I’d hang up and ring my bank directly. When I spoke to my bank, they told me the scammers had already tried to use my card for a £1 transaction but thankfully it’s now blocked.
