Lately, I've been getting loads of calls from numbers starting with +44 330, which usually seem like they're from London, but I reckon they're actually routed from overseas. Could be one of those phishing or vishing schemes (vishing is basically phishing over the phone). When I'm not sure, I just let it ring out and go to voicemail. If there's no message left, I just block the number straight away. Personally, if I don't know the caller, I block them right off, since it's simple enough to unblock later if it turns out they're genuine.
