Got a ring from some bloke saying his name was Conor, sounded really chirpy and somehow knew my first name. Said he worked at some financial company, but it all felt dodgy - probably a scammer trying to fish for info or pull a fraud. Just blocked the number straight away.

I’ve been bombarded with incessant calls from some life insurance firm! They just won’t take my no for an answer, despite me clearly stating my disinterest. A little trick I’ve found amusing is to waste their time by keeping them chatting for as long as possible. I just pretend to show interest, ask them all sorts of questions about policies and whatnot, and then right at the end, casually drop the bomb that I’m no longer interested. It’s quite entertaining to see how they react to their time being so freely squandered!

Got a call from some unknown number marked as “possible scam”. They didn’t bother leaving any message. Lately I’ve been getting loads of calls like this from all sorts of different numbers, pretty sure they got my number through dodgy means. Best just to block them straight away.

The office operates out of Birmingham, peddling life insurance with the same old tactic of trying to make me feel guilty. I’ve firmly declined their offers repeatedly. Eventually, I called them back and made it quite clear that if they disturb me again, I wouldn’t hesitate to make them regret it!

I'm being bombarded with calls about life insurance lately. They're claiming I reached out to them first through their website, which is utter nonsense. It's clear my personal mobile number has been peddled off to yet another company. It's high time something was done about this practice! When on earth will it be illegal?

I’ve been hounded by an insurance firm that won’t take no for an answer. I’ve clearly communicated my lack of interest in life insurance, SEVEN times, no less! They went as far as claiming I’d be putting my family in a tight spot if I didn’t take out a policy. Absolutely appalling tactics, if you ask me. Pressure selling at its worst!
