Received a rather annoying call from an automated voice about moisture issues in my home. After some effort, I managed to speak to an actual human and I didn't hold back, let’s just say I wasn't very polite! Honestly, the Telephone Preference Service seems utterly ineffective at stopping these persistent calls.

Based on what happened before with this number, I decided to ignore the call this time and instead looked it up on WCM. Afterwards, I took the suggestion and signed up all of our numbers with the Telephone Preference Service. We’ve got two mobiles and one landline on the list now. If this same caller or any other random telemarketers ring any of these numbers again, I’m definitely going to report them since it’s against the rules to keep calling.
