When I picked up the phone, this number rang me but quickly ended the call straight away.

Got a call on this number recently. I’d already dealt with my damp problems, so I figured they were just checking in to see if all was fine. When they asked if I was with the council, a housing association or private tenant, I said housing association and then they just ended the call. They spoke with an Indian accent.

Got a call about mould for my house and the person kept asking me the same question over and over again.

Got a call from someone about my house saying I’d reported it, which I never did. They asked loads of questions about mould, damp, and cracks in the building, then just dropped the call. Sounded like they had a bit of a Bristol accent, but it was clearly a dodgy scam trying to catch me out.

I got a call about some housing problems I supposedly flagged with my housing officer. Since I'm actually a homeowner, I instantly spotted it was a scam or phishing attempt. I told them to quit ringing me as it wasn’t legitimate. Didn’t mention my homeowner status or share any details. Ended the call straight away. From what I’ve noticed, these calls usually kick off with a "hello, how are you?" and sure enough, this one did too.

Got a call from one of those AI voice bots the other day. It said something like, “my colleague told me you mentioned some damage to your house, are there any cracks, mould, or damp spots you’ve noticed?” Quite strange how lifelike these bots are getting!

Got a call about mould and damp repairs in my house but honestly, it smelt like spam. They knew nothing about me and asked me to send pics through WhatsApp. Just a heads up, I'm planning to block these numbers ASAP.

Got a call and I couldn’t quite catch what he was saying so I asked him to say it again. He claimed he was ringing about my housing and some damp problems. I asked for his name, and he gave it, but I told him my housing office already contacted me and gave me clear directions. So, I ended the call. Later, I tried calling that number back, and some strange robotic American voice came on with a message like “an agent will be with you shortly.” Felt a bit fishy to me.

I never pick up calls from numbers I dont recognise, it’s so irritating. Even when I do answer, it’s usually someone who barely speaks English, total waste of time with these cold calls.

They kept mentioning my name and talking about some housing issues, but I couldn’t really catch what they wanted because the call was super muffled.

This guy said he was from the housing office, sounded like a bloke. I just kept quiet, didn’t say a word, and he ended up hanging up on me.

This number kept cutting in and out while I was trying to hear what they were saying about issues like mould in the house. Couldn't really follow the conversation properly. I've decided to block the number now.

Got a call from some housing place the other day, but all I got was this robotic message. No real person, just an automated voice repeating the same stuff. Proper annoying and felt like a waste of time. Wish these places would just sort it properly instead of sending nonsense like that.

No reply from this number, didn’t leave any message either. Check out what others have said about it.

Like a few others mentioned, I couldn’t catch the person’s name but they were asking stuff about damp and mould. I told them to stop bothering me and the person replied “oh, I think I dialled the wrong number”.

Got a call about fixing my house, said it was about some housing repairs I’d apparently asked for. Thing is, I never reported anything like that. They kept going on about whether there was mould in the place, kept asking again and again. Then, out of nowhere, they just hung up. This happened around Edinburgh.

Got a call on my mobile at like 11.10 but no voicemail left so I just guessed it was a scam since I didn’t know the number. Looking through comments now and sounds like it's about housing or something? But since I own my place and haven’t got any mould problems, even if it’s a genuine call it’s pointless for me!

I didn’t pick up and there wasn’t any message left on my voicemail. After seeing what others said, I’m pretty sure this is one of those scam calls.

Got a call from someone saying "Hello, Danny here from housing repairs, regarding your recent housing issue report." I just said "No, I haven’t reported anything, cheers, goodbye." Sounds like another scam to me. Even though I rent my place, the rent’s super low and I handle all the fixes myself. I never contact anyone else to sort stuff out.

Had this bloke ring me up pretending to be from the council, asking about my damp and mould issues in the house. Told him to jog on and it had the whole office chuckling when I told them after.
