About 03 Numbers
A lot of organizations adopt 03 numbers instead of the pricier 08 numbers. For instance, many public sector organizations have moved from 0845 numbers to 0345. The price of calls is the same as calls to geographic numbers (01 or 02). The charges for calls are influenced by the time of the day, and most providers offer call packages that permit calls free of charge at specific times of the day. The cost of calls from mobiles differ based on the selected calling plan. Typically, these calls are included in free call packages.
Other Numbers
I rang up NewDay (Aqua) using the customer service contact found on their official website. They verified the details mentioned in the letter and explained that the phone number is actually a dedicated Fraud Customer Line, designed to connect you directly to their Fraud team.
The confusing bit might be that this firm operates under several different names like Aqua, NewDay, Marbles, and Pulse - with NewDay being the main company in charge.

Saying that someone put in a credit application using my details.
I rang the number they gave and spoke to a man who I told that I hadn’t applied for anything.
Apparently, the application was submitted on 12th October this year.
Has anyone else had this happen to them?
