Barclays would never contact customers from a mobile number, and the number they provided (03301654377) isn’t affiliated with Barclays’ fraud department. I reckon their aim is to get you to call that number and divulge your banking information, ultimately leading to theft of your funds.

I highly doubt a bank would reach out to clients via a personal mobile number, nor would they send out identical "one time" access codes.
