5 monthsSomebody rang up saying they were from Virgin Money’s Debit Card Fraud dept. Seemed like a total scam right from the start. They began with an initial call then said someone called Ian Pemberton would ring me within half an hour. I was told there’d be a booked slot for a call the next day but they ended up ringing way earlier saying they could do it then since they stay open till 7pm. When I told them I actually used to work for a bank, they laughed and even tried to bribe me for customer info.
