7 monthsSo we've been dealing with this guy who says he runs multiple businesses. After looking into it, loads of these companies linked to him are brand new, take orders, then vanish without a trace. He's part of a bunch in the hand-built car scene who owe a lot of people cash. The typical nonsense - takes your money, disappears for ages, and only pays up when you threaten to expose them online. He gave a name like Andrew, but his real name seems to be Adam Johnathan Seaman. Luckily, we managed to get our money back, but definitely be careful. He’s using this number to keep his real identity hidden. We've told Buzz Inform (the phone line provider), Companies House, and Action Fraud - they’re all aware. It was a close call for us and plenty more. He says he’s back in business now, but I wouldn’t trust it. There are hundreds who’ve been caught out. I’ve been tracking all his company name changes and tweaks over the last few years - typical scammer moves, pretending to take over the market but really just sinking and swimming.
