This number is tied to a bunch of scammers from India. They ring you up saying you've been granted a loan of £2000. Then they start asking for details like your bank info, card numbers, mortgage and such. I couldn’t help but chuckle when the caller said you could pay back £2000 in 12 months - what a generous interest-free deal that would be! They claim they’ll send £2000 into your account within 5 minutes, but first, they need £45 straight from your debit card. After that, the calls just stop. Turns out, there’s no loan, and you’ve just lost £45 to a scam.

I kept getting calls from this number over and over but eventually signed up for TalkTalk’s free call blocking and blocked it. Later on, I got a Call Blocker app which has totally stopped these annoying calls. Weird thing is, TalkTalk wouldn’t block the number themselves saying I hadn’t had enough nuisance calls for them to take action. You can guess what that means...

I've been getting a strange bunch of calls lately, mostly texts from loads of loan firms. They keep saying things like, "Carl, you've been approved for a loan of..." When they phone me, I tell them I’m not Carl and tell them to take me off their list. But even after that, the texts keep coming, then a few seconds later the same number calls - usually no one picks up. I’m just baffled why they won’t leave me alone. I’m a woman, not Carl, and this isn't his phone! It’s getting really annoying.

They kept ringing me, so I decided to answer using Skype since it doesn’t cost a thing. I warned them that if they didn’t take my number off their list and kept phoning me, I’d just get on Skype again and leave the call running to tie up their line. Looks like they’re finally going to take me off their system now!

Today alone, I’ve had about 15 calls in just a few hours from this number. Every time I pick up, there’s silence for a bit, then some foreign bloke starts rambling nonsense. Really wish they’d quit calling me - I’m not interested in whatever rubbish they’re selling!

I get calls from this company almost all day long, it's driving me mad. So, I decided to ring them back and asked if I could talk to a manager or someone in charge, but they rudely told me to buzz off. After waiting a bit, I called again and asked the same thing, only to get told to get lost once more. Proper frustrating!

Since I checked out a loan through a broker last week, they haven't stopped ringing me. I picked up once, but there was no one on the line. When I called back, a bloke with a foreign accent told me they were actually lenders, not brokers, and claimed his firm had approved me for a £2000 loan that was completely guaranteed. However, they wanted me to pay a £39.99 fee upfront. I asked to look them up online first, and he seemed really put out by that. Glad I did, especially after reading the other reviews here!

Every day around the same time my phone starts ringing, I pick up and there’s nothing but silence on the other end. So annoying! These calls are driving me mad. Any idea how to actually block them? Not interested in just reading people moaning about it on some forum!

This number has been blowing up my phone all day, like 10 calls in a row. I decided to ring back and when someone picked up, I asked why they kept ringing me. She said that I was the one dialing their number, not the other way round. I told them to stop calling me if they weren't going to have a proper chat.

This number rang me like 10 times in less than 10 minutes which was really annoying. Every time I picked up, nobody spoke on the other side, but if you hang up, the call just hangs and stops you from using your landline. It honestly freaked me out a bit. When I finally got someone to actually talk, he got mad at me for not picking up earlier and even admitted how many times he’d rung. He didn’t seem to think there was anything wrong with that. I told him to connect me to his manager, waited on hold for about 3 minutes, and then the call just dropped. I’m hoping I don’t get any more calls, but this number’s obviously dodgy because I couldn’t find any info about the company when I searched online.

This number has been calling me non stop all week. They said they were a loan service called One Stop Shop, promising to put £1000 into my bank account. The guy seemed really trustworthy so I gave him my bank info, but told him I couldn’t pay the £40 upfront fee till Friday. Since then, they’ve kept ringing me on both my mobile and landline. That’s when I got suspicious and looked up the number, which led me here. Because of this, I had to get the police involved and they’re investigating now. If any cash leaves my account tomorrow, I’ll have to report back to them. I’m even having to change my bank details now, all because I thought this was a genuine company. Don’t understand why people do stuff like this - they really should be stopped.

This number keeps ringing me, claiming to be "the one stop phone shop". Years back, I worked at a call centre and noticed that some calls are just made to bump up outgoing call figures. I reckon they just want you to pick up so their stats look better, then they drop the call quickly to dodge any hassle. I've told them to take me off their list. Up till now, no more calls... fingers crossed.

They keep phoning me hoping i'll get annoyed and accidentally give them my info. I work nights so it's even worse. Does anyone know if there’s a way to take legal action against this firm? They call themselves One Stop Loan Company or something like that. Whenever I try to email them, it just bounces back. The phone rings but as soon as I pick up, it goes dead. Next time I’ll call pretending I want a loan, then ask them to ring me later, wasting their time with fake info till they give up out of frustration.

Dont pick up, it’s definitely a scam.

Got a call from this number earlier, sounded pretty genuine at first. They promised me a loan no problem, but then asked for £30 upfront to unlock the funds. I already handed over my info - a bit silly, I admit, but they seemed trustworthy. I told them I’d ring back tomorrow to sort the payment since I didn’t have the cash ready. When I googled the number, this site popped up. The caller also gave me their company’s data protection registration number which matched the Quick Loan Finance business. They even shared their permission to trade number, all info you can check online if you care to. Seems like the caller might actually work for the company but is maybe trying to earn some extra money on the side. When I tried calling back, I had to give my mobile to confirm who I was before a woman could connect me to "Marcus."

I picked up the phone and the guy asked if I was David Wilson. I told him no, he had the wrong number. He said something like, “Alright, sorry for the mix-up,” and then ended the call. But then, not long after, I got loads of texts from all sorts of numbers, saying my loan was approved and to click on a link. Really dodgy if you ask me!

Just to clear things up a bit... yeah, this number is definitely dodgy and they will try to get your bank info. But, for anyone worrying, calling them back won’t set you back £150 a minute like someone else mentioned. No way any firm or phone number out there would do that. Plus, the 0330 prefix is actually a free call within the UK, so no surprise charges there.

Got two calls today, both times nothing but dead silence before they hung up. I tried calling back using 1471 to see who it was. What’s strange is the first call came from 003301330021, whilst the second was from 03301330021 - pretty much the same number except the first had an extra zero at the beginning. I kept double checking to make sure I hadn’t misread the digits, but they’re definitely different due to that extra zero. Weird, right?

Loads of times they ring and then just hang up straight away; it's a trick to get you to call back, so they can charge you mega rates while you’re stuck on the line. I’m signed up with the TPS, so technically I shouldn’t be getting these calls at all, but I still do and always report them. The TPS is about as useful as a chocolate teapot though - just a fancy excuse to cover for the phone companies. Turns out they’re making a tidy profit from these calls, so why would they bother stopping them? We’re just the poor sods getting annoyed here. Since no one seems bothered to sort it, all we can do is leave our warnings here in the hope someone at the TPS might actually bother to take notice. But hey, I’m not holding my breath. Cheers!

Over the past couple of days, this number has kept ringing me. They claimed I'd taken out a loan and it was approved. When I told them I never applied, the guy on the phone got really rude. I asked to talk to someone higher up, but he just hung up on me. Honestly, it’s a total scam. They try to get your bank info and ask for a £39.99 “arrangement fee” to sort the loan. Don’t fall for it!

These people clearly know what theyre playing at, they ring a random number and if no one picks up they just hang up and wait for you to ring back ?

If you call back though, it’ll run up a huge bill, like £150 a minute or something ridiculous ???

The government should seriously get involved and lock up everyone involved for good

Absolute joke of a company

This lot just won’t quit. They keep ringing me non stop, like 15 calls in under 10 minutes. They won’t say who they’re from either. When I don’t pick up, they keep hammering me with calls, and even when I tell them I’m not into whatever they’re selling, they ring straight back again. I tried getting my phone company to block the number, but while I was waiting on the line, they went and called four more times! Definitely some dodgy scam going on here. If I ever find out the company behind this I’ll make sure everyone knows what they’re up to!

This number rang me three times within the past hour. The first call was from a woman who was trying to get my bank and personal info. She wanted me to pay £40 to release some loan into my account. I told her no way I’d be doing that.

I accidentally hit the wrong button and ended up speaking to a woman who wanted the £40 payment today. I told her I couldn’t pay, and when she asked if family or friends could, I said no. That’s when she started to push me hard, and as soon as I said no again, she just cut the call. About 10 minutes later, a guy called me with the same scam. I asked him about the £40 and pointed out there was no promise the loan would actually be given after paying that fee, which made me suspicious. Then just five minutes after that, another bloke called with the identical thing. I asked if they could simply deduct the £40 from the loan itself, and he flat out said 'no'. It all feels like a scam to me. I reckon I should block my card straight away and report these lot to the proper authorities.
