Looks like a total con. They rang claiming to be from my old insurer (mine was NFU), and the bloke started off by complimenting how I sounded, which was a bit odd. He never said his name or checked any sort of security stuff. Mentioned some claim I’d made ages ago and tried fishing for details. Once he realised I wasn’t dropping anything, he just ended the call. Whatever you do, don’t share any info with these lot. I’ve already blocked the number now.

***SCAM ALERT*** They said they were from Insurance claims (mine was supposedly from first central). I checked with the actual 1st Central, and they told me it’s definitely a scam ***SCAM***
