Got a call from a doddery 95-year-old woman asking for her national insurance details, saying if she didn’t call this number back she’d be ‘detained’. Properly scared her, that did.

This number looks like one of those HM Revenue and Customs scams. They try getting you to ring them back so they can trick you out of your money. Stay clear and don’t engage!

Got a call from one of those automatic diallers with a robotic voice, saying there’s an urgent issue with my national insurance. They gave me an NI number where the last two digits didn’t match anything I know from my family. Sounded dodgy to me. Definitely not legit.

Got a robo call from 03301273210 saying there’s a case against my NI number, didn’t give them any details. They told me to ring back to sort out a court issue but I have no clue what they’re on about. I just blocked the number. Watch out for this one!
