I didn’t pick up the phone but decided to check here to find out who it was. So many comments saying it’s scammers acting like Affinity. Has anyone thought it could really be Affinity? Haha. I’m late on my payments so chances are, it was them. I went online to their site and settled what I owed. Keep in mind, the numbers clients use to ring them aren’t always the same ones they use for automated payment reminders. Being cautious and knowing about scams is good, but sometimes people just read too much into it.

This is defo a scam! If you get dodgy numbers or threats, text them to 7726. Any nasty messages or scam texts, just forward them to 7726 as well. If you have screenshots of scam texts or emails, send them over to the UK cyber crime team at '[email protected]' so they can look into it. If you’ve handed over your bank details, ring up your bank straight away, then contact the fraud police on 101 if you’re in Scotland, or 03001232040 if you’re elsewhere in the UK. Also, check the police.uk 'action fraud' site for loads more info. Stay safe!

Got a call from them today and I have no clue why since I don’t owe them anything. A few weeks back, there was a strange incident where a bloke showed up at the door saying he was with Affinity and asked to come inside to take water samples from the tap.
