Got a call from 0330 123 9245 but didn’t answer and they never left a message. Decided to check it out here and now I'm gonna block it.

I've been inundated with calls from this number-three times in just thirty minutes, and on a Sunday, no less! After a bit of sleuthing, it appears to be linked to O2, or possibly a scam involving them. Yes, I'm a tad behind on my payment, but it's only £29.99, not some astronomical figure. If they were legitimate, surely they wouldn't be harassing people to this extent?

I rang up the usual O2 number, 202, as I suspected it might be a scammer trying to trick me. However, O2 reassured me that it's indeed their legitimate debt collection line. Quite a relief to find out it wasn't a dodgy call after all!

Got a call from Scan 02, but they dropped the line straight away.

BE CAREFUL 0330 123 9245 is a FRAUD! IT'S NOT AN 02 NUMBER or from any legitimate provider. NEVER SHARE YOUR BANK INFO WITH ANYONE WHO RINGS YOU, THEY WILL EMPTY YOUR ACCOUNT! Looks like someone inside the 02 network or their call centre is giving out people's details to scammers. WATCH OUT!

They rang me 3 times today, I never picked up. Then left a robotic voicemail saying it was O2 about a bill I owe that’s £0.00 😂 total scam, dodgy number for sure.

This number keeps ringing me with automated voice calls and texting about some bill I supposedly haven’t paid. I rang up 02 on their usual contact from my own phone, and they told me I don’t owe anything. Despite that, this same number sent me a text saying they’re going to redirect all my outgoing calls to their payment line since I haven’t settled the bill. But I’m still able to make calls like normal.

Keeps ringing me with those robotic messages. Also bombarding me with texts about some bill I supposedly haven't paid. I rang up 02, using the normal number from my phone, and they said everything’s clear, no bills left unpaid. Then this number sends me another message saying if I don’t pay, they’ll redirect all my outgoing calls to their payment hotline. Thing is, my calls are still going through fine like usual.
