I’ve just had a message claiming they’ve dispatched a letter to me. Like many others apparently, I’ve yet to see any sign of this supposed correspondence and don’t have any outstanding debts. Could this be some sort of con?

I believe this might be a debt collection agency known as Robinson Way. I received a text message from them indicating they had sent me a letter, yet I've not received any such correspondence and I don't owe any money. Quite puzzling!

They were urging me to ring 0330 123 4479. I must admit, I’ve resisted the temptation to call back.
