I've been attempting to get in touch with this firm, as EE seems utterly useless in resolving the issue. I've noticed a charge of £2.50 each week for more than a year now! This all kicked off on the morning of 2nd October 2018, it seems. I've been directed to reach out to [email protected], who are reportedly meant to investigate the matter. However, I can’t shake the uneasy feeling that I’m going to be completely taken for a ride here!

I’ve had a rather frustrating experience with this company. They’ve been insisting that I signed up for a gaming platform named Demon Games. When I asserted that gaming isn't my cup of tea, they suggested it might have been my kids who made the subscription-only problem is, I don’t have any children! O2 seems to be passing the buck and aren’t owning up to the situation. I spoke to the company today, and they mentioned a refund through PayPal, but guess what? I don't even have a PayPal account! I would really appreciate any guidance from anyone-are these folks subject to any sort of regulation? I’m seriously considering reporting this to the telecommunications watchdog.

I've recently uncovered that my husband's number, 07710301775, has been charged over £60 from our account since last August. It's completely bewildering as he hasn’t signed up for any services of this sort. He hardly ever plays games-his phone is mainly for calling and texting, as shown by his usage history. I’ve reached out to the company responsible but have hit a dead end with them. I’m now pursuing EE for a refund since my husband did not consent to these charges; it seems he’s been duped. It’s rather frustrating that these payments were allowed to be deducted from our bank account. If this isn’t sorted promptly, I’ll have no choice but to escalate the matter. He’s also keen for measures to be put in place to prevent such incidents from occurring again in the future.

I reckon my grandkids may have accidentally tapped on some dodgy link that showed up while they were having a go at a game on my phone. Before I knew it, £20.00 was swiped from my EE account! I phoned them up, only to be directed to some outfit called Bounce games, which I later found out was a third-party service. They were fairly accommodating, but even after four more phone calls, it wasn't until then that I finally managed to get my money back through Paypal. Such a shifty business-definitely steer clear of them!

I noticed some funds had been deducted from my account, and I was assured that the money would be refunded. However, despite repeated promises, I've yet to see any action taken. It's quite frustrating.

I recently had a chat with EE to figure out how I'd gone over my limit, and they revealed that BM Fitness had been charging me £3 a week. When I mentioned that I had never signed up for this service, they advised me to text "STOP BM FITNESS" to 60762. I'm hesitant to do that, as I fear they might start charging me for something else! They also suggested texting "BAR" to 150 to block any chargeable services. I've seen some folks here managed to get a refund, but that wasn't even mentioned to me. They suggested I call 0330 122 4968, but a quick search revealed enough to make me think twice about picking up the phone. I’m left wondering if the police could help in situations like this.

This company is operated by PM Connect, with Scott Peter Smith and James Russell Tennant Macfarlane as the directors. Their official registration is at Basepoint Business Centre, located on Isidore Road in Bromsgrove, postcode B60 3ET. For anyone residing nearby, it could be intriguing to drop by. Although it might primarily serve as a registered office, it could potentially lead you to the private addresses of one or several of the directors.

I've been swindled by these chancers too. Not a single text has come my way offering an opt-out choice, and I'm absolutely livid. Vodafone couldn't care less- all they do is advise me to avoid clicking on dodgy pop-ups! I’m seriously considering reporting this to BBC Watchdog because Vodafone’s completely inept.

I've just reviewed my EE statement and noticed two deductions of £3 each for something called c ifitness. EE has advised me to get in touch with the third party, which seems ridiculous considering they want me to fork out even more! Absolutely not happening. I'm planning to give EE a bell to understand what’s going on and to ensure no further payments like this slip through. This is quite frustrating. Is this even legal?

My husband recently reached out to Vodafone to discuss the shocking amount on his phone bill, only to discover he’s been hit with a £3 charge every day from a company named ifitness, which he has no knowledge of. He has already dialled the number mentioned above to halt any further charges from them. What steps should we take to reclaim the funds they’ve unlawfully siphoned from our account?

Hello there,

I just had a rather peculiar text message land on my phone today, which read as follows:
"FereeMsg: You are subscribed to iFitness, get fit at http://fitness.bounce.mobi! Enjoy 24 hours free, then £3 per week until you text 'stop' to bmfitness at 60762. For assistance, ring 03301224968.”

To be frank, I never signed up for this service, nor was I ever made aware of any app or subscription. What's more, I've dug into my EE account and it appears I've been billed for the past four weeks without my consent. Quite frustrating, isn't it?

I received a message from Bounce Games claiming that if I didn't send a 'stop' text to 60762, I’d end up being charged £2.50 a week. I didn't respond immediately, but I got in touch with EE, and they've managed to block that number and similar accounts for me. So, it looks like my account is safe from any additional charges. If you’ve found yourself being charged, I suggest you reach out to EE - they should be able to sort out a refund for you.

It's baffling how these individuals are permitted to tap into your payment details linked to the EE service under your contract. I reckon EE must shoulder some of the blame for this. I've also had a message from a similar number, instructing me to reply with "stop," but I'm hesitant to do so. I'm worried that it could be a ruse, possibly leading them to withdraw funds from my account. What a pickle!

I've just been ripped off for £25 by EE through bounce.mobi. I never signed up for anything and received an email stating the exact time and date I supposedly clicked a link, along with a picture of it. It was only when I received a text this morning announcing my ‘subscription’ that I realised something was amiss. Then I remembered a text I got last month too. This has to be illegal, right? EE claims they can’t refund me as it’s a third party involved, but they can certainly authorise the payment in the first place. Surely, they have a responsibility to protect their customers from these sneaky add-ons appearing on their bills? From what I've gathered on various forums, this company must be making a killing through these underhanded tactics.

I've just gone through a similar ordeal and I'm more than willing to help anyone looking to push this issue further, as Vodafone has outright declined to refund any of my charges. To make matters worse, I didn’t get a single text or email hinting at these payments. Upon digging a bit deeper, I discovered that the app charges relate to an iPhone product, yet I use an Android device! The payments have finally ceased, but this situation raises alarming security concerns. Altogether, I ended up losing £30 over the last couple of months...

What a right mess I’ve found myself in! I topped up my phone, hardly used it, and now my balance is mysteriously gone. Out of the blue, I get this message saying, "Welcome to food.mpay.uk for a fee of £3 a week. Fantastic deals at food.mpay.uk. To unsubscribe, send stop bmfood to 60762. For assistance, call 03301224968." Honestly, I have no clue what "bmfood" even pertains to! It seems they've nicked my cash, and I’m worried I won’t be able to top up again, as it looks like they’ll just keep siphoning off my money. Who should I get in touch with to sort this out?

I've also fallen victim to this situation. I received a message stating that I had opted out, yet they continue to deduct money from my account week after week, even while I was overseas for more than two months. I received a rather peculiar text today: "FreeMsg: Get LVFood recipes @ food.mpay.uk! You are now subscribed to LVFood, with 24 hours of free access, after which it will cost you £3 weekly unless you text stop bmfood to 60762 HELP: 03301224968." I decided to reach out, but it prompted me to input my number. I gave various formats a go - 07, 00447, and 7 - yet each time it insisted I had entered an incorrect number! Furthermore, they suggested logging in with my mobile to receive a PIN, which only led to a frustrating “Something went wrong” error at every turn. I also messaged the 60762 and got a response confirming that I’ve successfully unsubscribed from LVFood and won’t be charged any further. It feels awfully dodgy, to say the least! I’m puzzled about how they managed to get my number to begin with. I'll be reaching out to EE to share my experience as well.

Number's definitely dodgy, a right scam. Only rang once and then cut off. It's about time people started behaving like adults. Seriously, who’s interested in calls from numbers they don’t recognise? If you're not even going to leave a message explaining yourself, just give it a rest. Keep this nonsense up, and you’ll regret it; the authorities are hot on the trail. The FCC, FBI, and local bobbies are keeping tabs on every dodgy call. Before long, someone will be knocking on your door, and it won’t be with good news.

I've recently discovered that I'm being debited £3 a week on my phone bill for some iFitness gym and meal plans, which frankly, I have zero recollection of signing up for. A quick search online reveals that this appears to be quite the scam, with numerous others in a similar boat, being billed for services they never requested. It's turning into a proper hassle with my mobile provider as I’m fighting to put a stop to these unwarranted charges. I'm constantly on the phone with them, as I simply cannot manage an additional £3 a week. This situation is proving to be quite the headache!

I've been getting texts from this number claiming that I've signed up for i fitness - gym and meal plans via http//fitness.bounce.mobi at the cost of £3 a week. I tried to opt-out by sending "stop bfitness" to 60762, but my phone bill ended up being considerably higher. When I contacted Vodafone, they informed me that I was being charged £3 weekly by this outfit. They’re going to refund me for the charges and have blocked any premium rate calls and messages. I’m still waiting for my next Vodafone statement to find out if this has been sorted. Cheers, Mandy

I received a text message claiming I've signed up for a weekly LV Food subscription at a cost of £3. It instructed me to text “STOP” to 60762, but despite trying it three times and even ringing them, I still haven't received any confirmation that it's been cancelled. This feels incredibly unjust; if you haven’t formally agreed to a service or signed a contract, you really shouldn’t be liable for any charges. It seems like it straddles the line of being unlawful!

I've had a chinwag with EE and discovered that this is actually a third-party service that’s charging for weekly text messages after somehow nicking your mobile number. I've deleted those messages in the past, worried about potential viruses and dodgy scams, but it seems that not replying is taken as a nod to their subscription-utterly preposterous, if you ask me! To get the ball rolling, you should have EE send an email to this third party on your behalf to cancel the service and demand a refund. It’s also a good idea to report this to http://www.phonepayplus.org.uk/, as they are the regulators for premium rate services in the UK.

Upon chatting with EE, I discovered that this is linked to a third-party provider, who seem to have sourced my mobile number and are charging for weekly text messages. In the past, I've swiftly deleted these missives, wary of potential viruses and fraudulent schemes. Strangely enough, not responding is interpreted as tacit approval for their subscription - quite absurd, isn't it? It appears that you'll need to proactively cancel as soon as you receive their messages. I recommend reaching out to EE to have them send an email to the third-party on your behalf to cancel this nonsense and demand a refund. This is nothing short of a con, all set up in cahoots with EE and various other telecom providers who together profit from PAYFORIT, pocketing a staggering 50% of the amounts taken from your account. When you voice your concerns, they conveniently pass you off to a third-party firm, which helps them sidestep OFCOM scrutiny. It's all too easy; as you browse through a website on your phone, your finger might accidentally tap one of their intrusive ads, and just like that, you're ensnared, allowing them to impose their charges on your mobile bill at will. It’s crucial to reach out to your mobile provider and insist they remove you from all PAYFORIT and PREMIUM SERVICE charges linked to your account.

This number seems to be linked to Fitness.Bounce.Mobi, a third-party firm that's apparently collaborating with EE to fleece their customers. We've specifically arranged with EE's accounts department for our direct debits to cover only our calls. Yet, it appears EE is slapping on additional charges for this third-party service without providing any corresponding benefits. I’ve inquired about the details of this company, including its address, but EE has been utterly unhelpful. Instead, they just handed me this number to ring.
