I've come across some rather dubious activities by lead generators affiliated with AFA Insolvency. They are masquerading as StepChange Debt Charity, attempting to trick individuals into signing up for IVAs. It's alarming to see that they have no legitimate ties to StepChange and are also operating under names like Debt Compare and Clear Start Accountants. It's as if they go through a revolving door of names every time they get caught out for their scam. Absolute crooks! I highly advise anyone receiving communications from them to block their number, maintain a thorough log of all interactions, and report their shady operations to Action Fraud without delay. Stay vigilant, folks!
