I got two calls from someone saying they were from Vodafone. They wanted my full name and DOB to check my identity. When I asked them to prove they worked for Vodafone, the person got really dodgy, saying their phone number was listed on Vodafone’s site. However, they couldn’t actually find the page with the numbers. I ended the call. Later, I phoned Vodafone directly on 191 and they confirmed it wasn’t them. So, I’ve blocked the number now.
