if it turns out to be rac, i’m never getting their breakdown cover again. i normally swap between the aa and rac depending on who offers the cheapest quote at the time. i even told rac not to contact me or share my number with anyone else. i’ve blocked loads of their numbers and have picked up a few times just to say stop calling me, but they keep at it. i’m blocking this one now but i know another will pop up soon. it’s not right, this dodgy tactic of switching numbers just so they can get round our blocks when we’ve already told them off.

Got a return call, seemed like RAC ringing up to try and get me to buy some sort of insurance.

Got a call around 1pm on Monday from someone with an English accent. They just said hello and then I caught something like "is yooox there" before they abruptly ended the call. It was kind of mumbled, so tough to catch exactly what was said.
