I’m not entirely clear on what they do, but from my call a little while ago, it seems they manage bookings and admin for engineer visits on behalf of OpenReach. They left me a couple of voicemails saying an engineer couldn’t locate my address. I was a bit wary at first since I hadn’t been told about any appointment.
