It’s really annoying when people keep ringing without leaving a message so you have no idea who it is. I got curious and called back, getting an automated voice saying it was Cigna Insurance, which does RAC cover but isn’t actually the RAC itself. If that actually does the trick, fair enough, but you'd think they’d make it clearer who they are considering how many dodgy calls there are these days.

Its not named "sigma" its actually Cigna, they back certain insurance plans for RAC, AA, Sainsburys, Barclays and a few other firms. Their shift is from 1pm to 9pm Monday to Friday. If you miss their call they have to ring you again later, or if you just hang up they must call back cos they dont know why you didnt answer. They never leave a voicemail cause theyre not permitted to.
