I received a call on a bank holiday, which was rather unexpected. The caller insisted that I must return their call by 4 o'clock on the same day, yet they offered no clarification as to why. Apparently, they’re linked to a dubious debt collection agency. Quite the nuisance, if you ask me!

I recently dealt with Complete Credit Consultancy, who were acting on behalf of NTL Telewest. We've been grappling with a dispute regarding this issue for more than six years. It wasn't until I reached out to the former Managing Director of NTL-who conveniently brushed me off-and the entire board of directors that I finally managed to secure an official agreement stating that I owe nothing at all! Still, I keep getting calls from CCC, and they seem utterly unwilling to rectify the situation or confirm my standing with NTL. So, I just tell them to clear off and actually do their job properly before hanging up.
