this has to be a con. I got a call from a woman named Lucy Cook, saying she was with Engage Debt Services or something like that, talking about some unpaid gas bill supposedly from OVO Energy. She kept asking me to confirm my name and even mentioned my address. I made her give more info, but it all sounded dodgy to me. I’m sure it’s a scam since I don’t have any gas account under my name at that place, and the whole thing felt fishy from the start.
