I noticed my bank account got hit twice - first for about £8, then a second time for more than £40. I rang up my bank straight away and told them to stop any more payments coming through. There’s no company name anywhere, and no contact details to reach them. Seems like they’ve used someone else’s business number to pull off this scam.

I found a page on Facebook called ketomegamart{###], but there's no phone number, email, or any way to get hold of them. When I saw a charge on my NatWest statement with the reference "well 0330 088 6534," I called the number to check. Turns out, I had some orders that I never placed, so I tried to cancel them on the phone. They’re charging me like £85 for a bottle of CBD oil and about £82 for CBD gummies I never asked for. The whole thing seems really suspicious to me.
