I did a bit of digging and it seems like theyre one of those debt collection firms - probably ones that purchase old debts from ages ago and then try to get you to settle for less. Not 100% sure if thats right tho, I havent owed anything for like 6 years but they keep calling nonstop! They just switch their number everytime you block em.

Got a call from a bloke claiming he was with NCO Europe or something similar. Asked to talk to my mum who can’t speak, so I told him that just to be clear if it was genuine. Then he started rambling about some letter, so I told him to jog on because it was sounding like a total scam.

Couldn’t really hear the company name properly. When I asked what it was about, she just asked me to confirm my date of birth. I asked again for the company’s name and she said it was something like “arrow file” that’s been handed over to them? Then she wanted my postcode to send a letter, but I said I’d look into the number first cause I wasn’t gonna share personal details without knowing who they really were. She ended the call. Got calls from Resolve Call, they say they’re debt collectors, based in 55 Blythswood St Glasgow G2 7AT. They use loads of different numbers to ring, like 0141 212 8450 mostly. Also had calls from 0330 060 1080 but then they asked me to ring back on 0330 060 1045 instead. Quite dodgy if you ask me.

got a couple of missed calls from this number and at last got a voicemail. bloke sounded scouse, said his name and his company, something like ‘ensure europe’ or ‘insure europe’. couldnt find anything on google with those names, so no clue what it is! probably just spam.

Probably that same posh woman who phoned me. I asked her who she was but she wouldn’t say what it was about. In the end, we both just agreed to hang up when I said ‘right, bye’.

Got a call from a posh-sounding woman saying she was from some company, cant remember the name. She said she was ringing for Orange and wanted to confirm my address for security reasons. My phone used to be with Orange but I use it on pay-as-you-go now. I told her I’ve been at the same place for 20 years, so if they need to reach me, they can send a letter to the address they’ve got. She didn’t push it. I tried calling the number back but it took ages to connect. Ended up blocking it.
