Got a call from this number earlier today. I had a hard time catching the exact name they said for their company. It sounded like “Upgrade the natway” or something like that, but I reckon they meant “upgrade the network”. Either way, I’m pretty convinced it’s a scam. They were saying they can set you up with new deals for your current phone provider and even hand out new phones as part of it. Definitely didn’t sound legit to me.

Got a missed call from 0330 057 6130, so I rang back. After I called, there was some music playing and I heard an American robot voice telling me I was in a queue and someone’d be with me soon. Seemed fishy to me, probably some kind of scam!

Had this weird automated American voice saying "No, no" over and over, then telling me I'm in a queue and to stay on the line. Sounds like one of those dodgy scam calls to me.

I got called twice from this number today. The second time I answered, but the caller just hung up right away, so I have no idea why they called or who they were. They didn’t leave any message either. If anyone has any details, please let me know.

Can't really pin down what kind of caller this was, but curiosity got the better of me and I had a chat with a woman named Jennifer who spoke with a foreign accent. When I asked for her surname, she said ‘Rush’ - which immediately seemed off. She told me she worked for Clearcom, but I couldn’t find any legit business under that name online. She obviously knew my name, phone number, and even the first part of my address and postcode. She mentioned helping with a damp and mould problem that I’d only ever mentioned to my landlord. Then she passed me over to a bloke called Bradley. We talked for ages, and he sent me a WhatsApp message asking for photos of the damage. At first he said he was an intern doing damage repairs, but then suddenly said he was also some kind of manager, which didn’t add up. He was really pushing me to sign paperwork while we were still on the phone. I looked up the number he messaged from (+44 7379 760110), which came up as Shaun Castillo_Damp & Disrepair Team. I asked him to ring me back and he called from 02037408769, but that number’s flagged as a possible scam by Hiya, so I didn’t pick up. He called again from an 0330 number, which I answered, but told him to ring back in the morning to give me time to check if it was legit or report him.
