He was remarkably keen to send over some documents for me to sign while we were still conversing over the phone. I did a quick search on the mobile number from his message: +44 7379 760110, which linked to someone named Shaun Castillo of a ‘Damp & Disrepair Team’. However, since I had requested he return my call, he did so from 02037408769, a number flagged by Hiya as potentially dodgy, hence I refrained from answering until he rang back from an 0330 number.
