Got a call from someone claiming to be from the council, total scam!

Someone called me using my name and claimed to be from the council, asking if I wanted any repairs done on my place. I was a bit wary of it being a scam, so instead of just saying yes or no, I told him I was alright and didn’t need anything. After that, he just ended the call straight away.
