for some reason i get these irritating calls on my home phone every morning, it's driving me mad! I tried hitting 9 on the keypad to stop them but who knows if it worked. Honestly, the government really needs to step in and put an end to these pesky nuisance calls.

Got a call from someone saying they were with Easy Cover, trying to sell me some life insurance. Just a typical sales pitch, nothing I was interested in.

I had no clue who was ringing, but when I tried to ring back, the number just wouldn't pick up. Seems dodgy to me - probably a scam or some kinda spam.

Somebody rang me saying they worked for a government group that was helping folks deal with the coronavirus. They tried to get me to hand over £10,000 for a so-called cure. I didn’t fall for it and just ended the call.

I've told Ofcom and the TPS about these calls, but they just won’t stop. I reckon it’s because I’ve picked up before, so they realise the number is legit and carry on ringing me.
